MANAGING DIRECTOR
An entrepreneur, Ibrahim is not a new face to the business
scene and is the man behind many successful businesses.
During his 25 years of experience in business management,
he has enquired useful skills and knowledge to successfully
run the company, Inside Plus Pvt. Ltd, Ibrahim and Thazeen
confounded. His vision for Inside Plus is to be the market
leader in Interior Architecture and become the most
prestigious design firm in the country.
A resourceful and hands-on leader, Ibrahim undertakes each venture with gusto and takes it to new heights. Since embarking on managing Inside Plus, Ibrahim has managed to turn a simple architectural design firm into a well-known design power house in the Maldives

Aishath Thazeen
Design Director
Thazy is a UK trained Interior Architect, providing interior
architectural and design services that is refined, elegant
and individual. Thazy studied at the University for the
Creative Arts, Kent England, where she attained her BA
(Hon) Interior Architecture and Masters in MA Three
Dimensional Design - Interior Design.
Thazy has 20 years of experience in the field of interior architectural design and project management in the commercial and residential sectors.
Before she co-founded Inside Plus in 2013. Thazy was the Department Head of Projects at the Housing Development Corporation (HDC). She oversaw ongoing infrastructure and housing development in Hulhumale’ and was in charge of the contractors working on the projects. The surveying team was also under her direct supervision. In addition she fulfilled the position of Company Secretary for HDC during her tenure with the company.

Ahmed Shareef
General Manager
Mr. Ahmed Shareef serves as the General Manager of Inside Plus, where his strategic leadership is a driving force behind the company’s operational excellence. With a career spanning over 20 years, Mr. Ahmed has a proven track record of elevating businesses to industry-leading positions. Notably, he was instrumental in establishing the company as a premier elevator installer, leveraging technical expertise and management precision.
Prior to his leadership at Inside Plus, Mr. Ahmed held key senior management roles at several of the Maldives' most successful enterprises, including Ego Maldives Pvt Ltd and Ink Fill Marketing Operatives. His vast skill set and two decades of experience in the Maldivian business landscape allow him to steer Inside Plus toward continued growth and innovation.
